It is a spread with rich & cheesy taste. It consists only from dairy ingredients and milk fat.
It can be used in cooking (pies, sandwich, pasta etc) & confectionery (cheese cake, tiramisu fruit salads etc), too. The product is stable in shear stress, but it is not heat stable.
